What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, The Trek Card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Sorry, we don't accept personal or business checks.

What is your return policy?

You may return any parts, accessories, and clothing (except special orders) within 30 days for a full refund.  Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition.  Items that appear worn or damaged may not be returned.  Clothing that appears to be worn or has tags removed may not be returned.

Bicycles may be exchanged for full store credit within 30 days of the purchase of the bike.  You are responsible for any damage to the bicycle.

What are your hours?

We are open Monday to Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday's 10am-5pm, and Sunday's 12pm-5pm.

Where is a good place to ride?

Mountain bikes: Marrington Plantation

Road bikes: Francis Marion National Forrest or on the Isle of Palms

Do you take trade-ins?

Sorry, we don't take trade-ins on bicycles.  The only exception is for our kids bike trade-up program for children's bikes that were purchased from our store and can be traded up for the next bigger size children's bike.
