FRAME SERVICE

• Completely strip bicycle frame of all parts
• Thoroughly clean the frame
• Check for any corrosion or pitting concerns
  • (Steel frame owners may also ad our frame saver service)
• Check for alignment

WHEEL SERVICE

• Remove wheels from frame
• Clean and inspect rims and spokes
• True, tension, and round wheels with spoke tensionometer and truing stand

BRAKE SERVICE

• Lubrication of levers, cables, and calipers
• Correct brake pad adjustment
• Adjust calipers and lever pull

COMPONENT CLEAN AND SERVICE

• Complete removal of all drive train components
• Detailed cleaning with our parts cleaner of all drive train components
• Components re-installed and adjusted
• Removal of bottom-bracket, greased and re-installed

CABLE/HOUSING SERVICE

• New cables and housing installed. (Requires purchase of new cables and housing)
• Ask us about upgrading your cables and housing with Jagwire Pro Elite cables. 

BEARING SERVICE

• Repack all bearing surfaces with fresh grease
• Includes front and rear hub, bottom bracket and headset
• Replacement of any ball bearings from open/loose bearing systems
• Adjust headset, bottom bracket and hub bearings
• Ask us about upgrading your bearings to ceramic bearings!

TIRE SERVICE 

• Correct tire pressure
• Correct seating/mounting of tire

TORQUE ALL BOLTS 

• Tighten every bolt to manufacturers torque specification

BAR TAPE SERVICE

• Fresh handle bar tape installed (does not include the cost of the tape)

ACCESSORY SERVICE 

• Properly install or secure any accessories on the bicycle (existing items that may not be installed correctly)
• 30 day warranty on all tune up labor
  
• Additional $50 labor charge for full suspension bikes or fully housed internal cable routed bikes
